We provide in-dept management and supervision of all our projects, with hands-on involvement of company's principal and project supervisors from start to finish. Our experienced construction team provides cost control, scheduling coordination, quality control and timely execution of plans t hroughout the project.

Beside construction activities, we are also actively involved in design, build and operations of foreign workers' dormitories. Our partners in these projects include Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL), Westlite Development Pte Ltd. Starting from 2005, we are tasked by Housing and Development Board to provide Managing Agent Services to HDB Properties at Woodlands. In 2006, Singapore Land Authority had awarded us the tenancy of state property at Block 201 Pearl's Hill to provide hostel for students and white collar workers. Subsequently, in 2007, we are awarded the tenancy of Jalan Bahar (former SCDF camp) to provide hostel for students.

We have the capability and resources to handle construction, dormitory and estate management service for our clients. Presently, we are an ISO 9001 : 2000 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certified company. We are also BCA Registered Contractor that specialised in General Building and Demolition Works.
